Most of the Practices are designed to enable you to have a direct experience with a universal, we might say “divine” intelligence and energy. This Intelligence is given many names by different spiritual traditions: “Unconditional Love;” Tao”, “Logos”, “Jesus”, “Wakantanka.” In the Old Testament, when Moses encounters God, he asks, “What is your name?”, and is met with the reply, “I am that I am.” In other words, the Connection is beyond words. It just is.
