Harvests — Application in the World

Applying Kokoro in the external world and the exploration and discovery of our Essential Nature stand in a reciprocal relationship. The discovery of our Essential Nature deepens every moment in which we engage with the external world; conversely our encounters in the outer world refine our inner practice. The external world, each moment becomes our dojo.

We have an opportunity, each in her and his special way, invisibly, to restore dynamic balance in a hyper-polarized world.

– Each of the Kokoro apps offer fields of use to demonstrate this principle: Kokoro PW

– Kokoro RO: engaging and retaining talented employees

– Kokoro RC

– Kokoro for Women’s Wisdom

– Negotiating with Kokoro>> transitioning from web to natural app, including memory, voice recognition, and instantaneous translation (see demo)

But there are also many others:

– Competitive athletics (see interview with Li Junfeng and his principles of coaching Chinese women’s Olympic wuxu teams

– Creative Reverie and Problem Solving

– Strategic Decision Making and Risk Assessment. When we are in touch with our Essential Nature no longer afraid to notice dangers

The discovery of our Essential Nature is an intensely individual experience, but it is also a collective one… if even a few people discover the source, that is sufficient. Let it begin with a ripple. In time, the ripple will become a waterfall. I conclude this video with this beautiful statement from Albert Camus (slightly edited):

“Great ideas, it has been said, come into the world as gently as doves. Perhaps then, if we listen attentively, we shall hear amid the uproar of empires and nations, a faint flutter of wings, the gentle stirring of life and hope. Some will say that this hope lies in a nation; others in a single person.”
