The next section of the app focuses on Wisdom Practices that may appeal to you. If you are unsure, you can ask Kokoro for guidance as to which practice is ideal for you. If you wish to look at more Wisdom Practices, simply select another, and it will open a new browser tab with the practice for you.
You can Ask Kokoro to help you to create your own personalized plan. Simply reflect on the thread you have created by first posing your Essential Question, refined in The Resilience Matrix and cultivated by Wisdom Practices.
